Engineering Online Scheduling & Marketing Platforms for 100+ Practices
When Studio 3 started working with Elevate ENT Partners, the organization managed about fifty ENT practices across multiple states. Due to recent expansion, the network had accumulated a mix of provider websites with differing brand names. The first objective was to unify and integrate the Elevate brand. Working with Elevate’s marketing team, Studio 3 developed brand books for its statewide networks in Texas (Texas ENT) and South Florida (SFENTA), each aligned with the larger national brand.
Next, all practice sites needed to be redesigned and rebuilt into one coordinated digital footprint with consistent UX, location and provider structures, and clear conversion paths. Within the first year after launch, online appointments for South Florida providers rose 139%, and conversions across the Texas network similarly doubled.
With this brand and digital foundation in place, the next phase focused on engineering a custom online scheduler with built-in lead management and analytics to support new-patient acquisition for a network that now represents more than one hundred ENT providers across four states.
Creating the Digital Ecosystem
Intrinsic to the Elevate model is that each ENT practice has full clinical autonomy and its own local identity. The challenge was creating a website framework that preserved this locality for more than one hundred offices while connecting them digitally for both brand and performance marketing.
New Patient Acquisition for 50+ Cities
One of the many services Elevate provides is marketing for new business so doctors and staff can focus on patients. Studio 3 SEO and Digital Ads teams had to develop a multi-city strategy to drive brand awareness and generate new-patient leads in more than fifty cities to serve every practice in the network.
Online Scheduling Networkwide
For patient experience and operational efficiency, people searching online needed to quickly find the nearest ENT specialist and schedule visits. Off-the-shelf online scheduling tools were inadequate. Studio 3 engineers built a custom online scheduler with real-time availability and intelligent routing.
