Dr. Rink partnered with Studio 3 in 2020 to redesign his website and improve digital advertising results. As the first accredited dentist in Charleston, he already held a leadership position in the market, and his website’s organic rankings reflected that. The issue was the website didn’t fully reflect the brand’s caliber, and paid search campaigns were underperforming.
Following the website redesign and launch of a new multi-channel digital campaign, the practice steadily gained. They implemented LeadLoop, Studio 3’s lead management software, and completed four months of one-on-one Patient Acquisition Coaching. During that time, Studio 3 supported the hiring and training of two new front office team members. Average in-office response time improved by 9.3x, the rate of inquiries scheduled for consultations rose 54% YoY, and the practice reached a new revenue high.
In 2025, Dr. Rink and Studio 3 returned to the website to reimagine the brand’s visual identity and modernize user experience. The goal was to reflect the growth of a practice that’s operating at a world-class level, ready for the next phase in its brand evolution.
Automating Lead Management
With the strength of Dr. Rink’s brand, the new website performed well in organic search (SEO). Improvements to the practice’s Digital Ads further increased lead generation. The challenge was efficiently managing this volume of leads and converting more inquiries into consultations and new patient bookings. LeadLoop was implemented to solve this, automating lead capture and follow-up.
More Patients From Existing Leads
As part of implementing LeadLoop, Patient Acquisition Coaching was recommended to help analyze and improve the practice’s lead management and conversion rates. Andrea Watkins, Studio 3’s Vice President of Coaching, worked directly with Dr. Rink, his practice administrator, and front desk staff to implement best practices for scheduling consultations and booking more new patients from existing leads.
A World Class Brand
As the brand evolved and expanded beyond Charleston, the original 2020 website warranted a review and refresh. Dr. Rink and the Studio 3 Creative team collaborated on a new photoshoot and video content featuring real patients, along with a full redesign of the website to reflect the brand’s evolution.
