Institute for Advanced Breast Reconstruction
Dr. Dhivya Srinivasa is a double board-certified plastic and general surgeon and the founder of the Institute for Advanced Breast Reconstruction (IABR). Fellowship trained in microsurgery and reconstructive surgery, she dedicates her institute to helping women heal and reclaim confidence after breast cancer or other trauma.
Each year, her institute performs more than 200 advanced breast reconstructions, including flap, hybrid, and implant-based procedures, prioritizing natural form, restored sensation, and personalized care. Beyond the operating room, she connects with over 200,000 followers through social media and is the founder of Avara, a skincare brand created for women navigating recovery and life transitions.
