Everything Under One Roof: Efficiency and Integration
When Aurora Medical Spa first contacted Studio 3 they’d just opened new locations in two states, with plans to open another two med spas by year’s end. On all fronts, the company was thriving.
Scaling raised an issue that the company had multiple different vendors managing various channels of their marketing. Overseeing all of those relationships and coordinating across channels was no longer sustainable. The solution became finding a full-service agency with the capabilities and size to bring all marketing under one roof and support the brand’s future growth.
Top priorities were upgrading the website’s visual aesthetics to match the reputation Aurora had built in Missouri and promoting new locations in Colorado and Texas. Other opportunities identified included improving SEO performance to increase search visibility across all cities, implementing a multi-location initiative to improve localized lead generation, and integrating campaigns across social, email, and ads into one cohesive program with a unified brand.
2.2X Content for Multi-City SEO
The existing website was sizable at 136 pages, but most of it was built for the original and early Missouri locations. Now with eight med spas in three states, competing for organic search traffic required unique content for each city. Guided by market analysis and a new sitemap, Studio 3’s SEO and Content teams more than doubled the size of the website, adding 167 unique pages.
Future Grand Openings
Beyond the fact that Aurora’s physical expansion had outgrown its digital infrastructure, there was also the matter of accounting for future expansion. S3 Multi-Location Technology was needed to not only “catch up” the website to the brand’s existing geographic footprint, but also to provide a model for future content ahead of upcoming grand openings.
A Full-Funnel, Integrated Strategy
Bringing all marketing channels under one roof benefited both operational efficiency and brand integration. Once the Studio 3 Creative team produced new visual content and redesigned the website, all of these assets were shared with Studio 3 Performance teams (Social Media, Digital Ads, and Email Marketing) to guide campaigns, ensuring a seamless brand expression across all channels.
